In the frame of an international seminar entitled “the future of COMMON AGRICULTURAL POLICY: Agriculture as a binding link” IAAS Spain is organizing this event to deal with this important matter in our field of studies and as future agronomic engineers.

The activity will be held from 17.03.2013 to 24.03.2013, and it is aimed at 30 participants belonging to IAAS all over the world.

Most of the program will take place in Madrid. Sunday and Monday, will be spent in Villaviciosa de Odon a small town only 15 km from Madrid.

​

The aim of the seminar is to get to know different politic tools currently used by the European Union and those which are in progress to face the challenge of having a common policy concerning agriculture sector.

​

Essentially, it is meant to give answers to questions such as, when CAP was created, how it contributed to the EU binding, which are the main controversial aspects and which are the reforms planned. In short, the past, present and future of one of the most important policies of our time.

​

Another aspect to take into account is the promotion of culture entertainment and participants’ interaction.
